FF157 – Poly Last Food Bearing Grease

Polylast Food Grease H1 is food grade high performance grease with the high resistance to heavy loads, chemicals and water, based on a PAO synthetic oil and advanced grease technologies which have been developed by complexing modified over based calcium sulfonates. Polylast Food Grease H1 has exceptional mechanical stability, high dropping point, high load carrying performance, reduced water washout, and excellent resistance to corrosion. It is designed to provide superior performance at elevated temperatures and during periods of infrequent lubrication in any application. It is best suited for low to medium speed bearings operated under adverse conditions.

Typical uses
One grease that can be used in almost every bearing application within the food industry, designed to resist washout, particularly resistant to alkaline cleaning chemicals up to and including caustic solutions.
