MDS Europe Food Grade Oils are specifically manufactured for optimum performance in gear boxes and drive units, tackiness additives ensure start-up protection and non-fling lubrication. Entirely water resistant FF172 provides exceptional corrosion resistance and excellent anti-wear capabilities. Designed to minimise gearbox wear and enhance system performance by reducing wear, corrosion and deposits. Food Grade Based on fully synthetic fluids with the latest additive technology to ensure optimum performance in a wide range of operating conditions and temperatures. FF172 – 150 Grade is specified by leading carcass splitting saw suppliers.
Typical uses
MDS Food Grade Gear Lubricant is formulated for use in gear boxes requiring ISO 150, 220, 320 and 460 grade oils. FF172 is in addition particularly suited to chain lubrication providing excellent film strength and anti-wear properties while eliminating deposit formation, drips and fling off.
