MDS Food Grade compressor/vacuum lubricants are a special formulation of ultra pure synthetic base oils and antioxidant system. The result: performance that exceeds many industrial grade lubricants with no compromise in food grade purity.
FF177 Fluids are fully synthetic food grade compressor and vacuum pump oils that are formulated with the highest quality polyalphaolefin (PAO) base oils, designed for use in the food and beverage industries where incidental contact from lubricants may occur. MDS Europe Food Grade vacuum/Compressor fluids offer long term lubrication of rotary vane or piston type vacuum pumps where the lowest obtainable vacuum is required.
Typical uses
Grades 32, 46 and 68 are designed for rotary screw compressors and will offer a a typical service life of up to 4000 hours under good operating conditions. 100 grade is designed for rotary vane and reciprocating compressors.
