White, non-toxic grease-like compound with a high solids lubricant content designed for use as an assembly lubricant for lubricating bushes, sliding surfaces and small open plastic or metal gears and anti-seize compound for threaded fasteners.
FF170 is ideal for use in any industrial application when an inert, clean assembly paste is required, and has found use in many applications outside of food industry. Food Grade Assembly Grease H1 has exceptional mechanical stability, no dropping point, high load carrying performance, reduced water washout, and excellent resistance to corrosion. It is designed to provide superior performance at elevated temperatures and during periods of infrequent lubrication.
Typical uses
Food processing machinery to lubricate fittings, bushings, flanges, headers, nuts, screws, studs, threaded surfaces, pipes, plugs, and manifolds to prevent seizing and galling of surfaces. Suitable for use as an assembly paste and anti-seize, FF170 allows standardization across both food and non-food applications by offering levels of protection previously unachievable by a food grade product.
